Where the CHERI technology, business and research communities came together in Cambridge.

CHERI Blossoms Conference 2025

Cultivating a Safer Digital Future - from Tech to Business

Lecture theatre

CHERI Blossoms 2025 brought together researchers, technologists, industry leaders and decision-makers to explore CHERI from technology to real-world adoption.

For the first time, CHERI Blossoms incorporated the CHERI Tech Conference, bringing technical developments and the broader adoption conversation together in a single event.

From technology to adoption

The programme explored CHERI across the technology stack, while also looking at the wider challenge of bringing secure-by-design technologies into mainstream use.

CHERI Blossoms was designed not only for presentations, but also to help the emerging ecosystem meet and collaborate. The programme included an exhibition throughout the day and concluded with a networking reception.

The conference also gave CHERI Alliance working groups an opportunity to share their activities, with updates covering QEMU, CHERI in SoC, repository management, promotion and ambassadors, seL4 and marketing.

This combination of research, implementation, adoption and community would become an important part of the CHERI Blossoms format.
